At Oz Bargains™, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions and next steps.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without prior contact.
